Activity Check; Week One
Due to Vella being a short game, characters are required to remain active. So! With that in mind, welcome to your first activity check! Activity checks for this game are simple; all you need to do is write up what your character's been up to this week on the island. Just a few sentences will do and while you can provide links to the relevant threads, it's not necessary!

Character Name: Serval
Write Up: Serval has gotten to work befriending as many people as possible, learning that other worlds possibly exist and no one here has heard of a Friend, and sleeping in trees. Things she has learned about include: airplanes, paperwork, jail, tents, traditional human territory, what kind of animal a spirit is. She briefly wondered if all the human survivors of her world ended up here somehow.

Character Name: Laurent Heath
Write Up: Laurent met a lot of interesting people on the island and discovered that many people were from different universes, which, honestly, is pretty cool. Laurent has been having fun (mostly), treating this as a vacation from being in a dimensional jail where he came from. He met his tentmates and other children/teenagers on the island, which makes him want to take care of them. God help him, he's not going to let Minato sleep on the pier. He's also slightly concerned about Dokja and Joonghyuk's relationship, but you know what... it's not his place to interfere. Other than that, he's having a great time, like flirting with Adelaide, meeting reliable people like Byleth, and teaching Minato how to fly.

Write Up: Byleth has been slowly working on getting to know the people she's been stuck with on the island. She's spent a lot of time picking apples and roasting them and offering them to people. Food's a good way to get to know others!! ... She also got into a petty fight with Alexis over being allowed into the tent. She also alarmed a hell of a lot of people at two truths and a lie.

Write Up: Colette's already met and made friends with a good number of people on the island so far. She learned what a radio is, and how to text on the phone with/without kaomoji.

Write Up: Sonico is trying her best at making friends! She's helped Minato get back on his feet, after saving him from the scary sea, has met amazing girls who she thinks are adorable and cool, and she learnt to fish and make flower crowns with Laurent!

Write Up: Sengoku's been working on meeting and getting to know the people on the island. For the most part, he's just been chilling and treating this as a vacation and an opprotunity to take a break from tennis. Everyone's he's chatted with has been extremely interesting! He's met his tentmates and already likes them, gone HEART EYES at both Iori and Kaede and drank river water with Laurent. Also got his normie mind blown at Lio being a terrorist and Ren just being... Ren at two truths and a lie. He's a bit concerned but it's fine!!!

Write Up: I have yet to do the Week 1 log so far, but Milla has been meeting a lot of people while figuring out what to do from here. All the while she's had an interesting conversation with Rideaux, Laurent brought up eating weed and she has no idea what it could mean, and bullied Tom Nook on day one.

Write Up: Minato's been going around meeting people and filling up his time poking at the plane, figuring out how wings work, trying to learn which flowers are edible after repeatedly being told he doesn't have to forage for that stuff, there are people who will cook. Because of my late startTheo made himself sick with anxiety when first coming to the island, but rallied in a few days to rain on people's parade and be a fussy dad for some weeds. He's got a conspiracy theory going about Tom Nook being a demon or the victim of a witch's curse that's perpetuating this weird hell. Lowkey crying over being the tent parental figure to two weirdos. Write Up: Faris has never been outside the desert, so getting used to things here is going to take awhile! Rin has taught him how to climb trees, however, so that's a start(??). He's also determined to try to be somewhat useful, even though it's going to take awhile for him to learn how to actually look out for himself... Oh, and Sylvando's here, and navigating that isn't easy either. He may have lost some of his memories??? Surely this is fine.

Write Up: Jude's mostly been making the rounds in regards to getting to know the other islanders, as well as making sense of what resources they have available to them and how to best use them. He and Collette have also floated the idea of starting a lost and found, but no progress on that front yet.

Write Up: She's been mostly socializing with a lot of people and trying to get to know them as well as she possibly can! She helped Nook hand out the supplies and threw a small party with an ice breaker game and sharing some stories on Tuesday as well. Iori's also just kind of Exhausted at having to play the 'role' that she is doing right now but she's also drowning in items on Friday, so that's fine.....

Write Up: Realized he was full-wolf, had a mini crisis about it, then helped with gathering apples on the intro log. He also judged people for their island names. Especially "Gay Baby Jail". Participated in some beach party activities, namely fishing and crab betting. Also got dragged into doing some dares.

Write Up: Adelaide has spent much of the first week just kind of acclimating to the island and getting to know people! She's called a few people cute, speculated on dimensional travel, told Joonghyuk he should sit on Dokja, theorized that Tom Nook was cursed by a witch or possibly a demon pretending to be a middle-aged furry, and futilely tried to help Minato push the plane out to sea.

Write Up: While Alexis has done precisely nothing to help the greater community of the island, she has spent the week alienating and being mean to as many people as possible, although curiously a few of them have become attached to her. She's also laid claim to Tent 11 as Her Place, reluctantly allowing Byleth to room with her while metaphorically nailing a NO BOYS ALLOWED sign to the front.

Write Up: dokja has spent the first few days not only getting kicked out of his own tent and so residing in tent two but almost getting jailed by his companion. luckily managing not to and actually for the most part being pretty busy! spent thursday relaxing to catch up on some really well needed rest. he's slowly getting around to actually treating this as a vacation and relaxing after some troubles over it at the start.

Write Up: Joonghyuk gains the attention of fellow otherworldly guests by asking if they can have a jail to lock up his friend. Otherwise, he has been exploring and collecting resources so they can start with a foundation. With the vegetables they received from Nook, he prepares the land for a small garden and plans to expand it once he sees how well things grow. Having cooked for some of people, he's scouted by Laurent to prepare for a large meal set on Friday... Prepares bait for the fishing tournament, then hung out around the beach party.

Write Up: On the first day, Kevin growled at nothing, kicked some trees, and almost went into the wrong restroom. Next, he slept practically everywhere except his own tent. He's pretty sure the seaplane is actually a dragon, and he almost broke a phone. He was also the runner up in the fishing contest!... although he was more interested in the fish than the prize.

Write Up: IT'S WEEK ONE BABY. Kairi showed up on the island was kinda excited and kinda guilt ridden cause she was supposed to be doing something important! But oh well fuck that she made some friends and taught people how to stab fish! Oh and then she caught a fish in a less stabby way. YAY!

Write Up: Although she was both concerned and confused when she first arrived here, Kaede has really started to settle in. She has enjoyed meeting a few people so far, and hopes to get to know everyone in the future! Everyone she's met seems really nice so far, and Kaede hopes they can all be great friends. The ice breaker game and beach party have been a lot of fun for her.

Write Up: Upon arrival, reunited with some old Definitely Not Friends and judged some weird napples. During the week he provided his wet blanket opinion on island names, played some party games and decided that he wants to check out Byleth's fake heart whenever the opportunity presents itself, and won a TV in a fishing contest after wrestling a hammerhead shark.

Write Up: Sylvando spent the first week getting his bearings and meeting others on the island. He provided a suggestion for the island name and to his pleasant surprise, it got picked! He's done a bit of decorating around tent #10- now house #10, fishing, and dancing because of course. So far the only downer for him is his performance in the fishing contest...the barreleye was a bit too homely-looking for his tastes, so he let it go after the contest.

Write Up: Walder has mostly been exploring the island! He hasn't quite been hitting rocks or anything, mostly just... socializing. Trying to figure out how to protect the wilderness. Write Up: Ren's gone around and met several people on the island, confused at people being from different worlds but trying to roll with the punches. He decided that there was no harm about telling people a bit about his life as a Phantom Thief, so casually told people about fighting Yaldabaoth to make Two Truths and a Lie more fun. He's eaten a lot of apples, failed miserably at a fishing contest, nearly gotten crushed by a shark, become overprotective of Serval, been Very Concerned about Byleth's health, be Extremely Concerned about Minato in general, but is mostly getting on pretty well thus far.
